Prior to founding DH Capital, Joe was a Partner with Waller Capital Corporation, which was a leading investment bank serving the Cable TV industry. In addition to completing several billion dollars of M&A and capital placements assignments for Cable TV companies, Joe broadened Waller Capital's industry expertise to include other telecom sectors.

Prior to joining Waller Capital in 1993, Joe served as a banker in the media & Telecommunications groups of Credit Lyonnais, Toronto Dominion and National Westminster Banks, as well as VP of The Denver Group, Inc., an investment banking firm that handled numerous brokerage transactions and debt placements for Cable TV and paging companies. Joe currently serves as a General Partner in Waller-Sutton Media Partners, a $100 million private venture capital fund. Joe holds BS degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Boston College.

Prior to founding DH Capital, Peter was Founder, President and CEO of DURO Communications, one of the largest privately held ISP/CLECs in the US. During Peter's tenure at DURO, the company completed nearly 50 acquisitions, raised over $200 million in equity and debt financing and grew the company to nearly $70 million in revenues.

Previous to DURO, Peter headed New Business Development for Helicon Cable, a top 25 MSO. At Helicon, Peter directed the company's ISP, paging and private carrier businesses and oversaw the launch of Helicon's cable modem service. Prior to Helicon, Peter was a foreign exchange trader with ANZ Bank in New York. Peter currently serves as a partner in BPI, LLC a $36 million private equity partnership. Peter holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.

Townsend has over 14 years of banking experience serving the cable television, media and telecom industries. Prior to joining DH Capital in 2004, Townsend was a Senior Vice President of Waller Capital with responsibility for M&A, capital raising and other financial advisory services.

Prior to joining Waller Capital, he was a Director and Head of Origination for the Cable and Diversified Media Segments at The Bank of Montreal for two years where he managed relationships aggregating almost $2 billion in exposure. Prior to joining Bank of Montreal, Townsend was a Relationship Manager with The Bank of Nova Scotia’s Media Group for four years where he managed a $500 million plus portfolio of cable, publishing, broadcasting and diversified media companies. Townsend received his BA Degree from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from The University of Virginia’s Darden School.

Marty has more than 20 years of investment and commercial banking experience, working primarily in the media and communications industries. Prior to joining DH Capital, Marty was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets Corp. During his twelve years at CIBC, Marty held positions in both the Media/Communications Corporate Finance Group, which he co-managed, and the Leveraged Financed/High Yield Group. His responsibilities included structuring and marketing public offerings of high yield bonds, as well as private placements of preferred stock and common equity; originating, structuring and syndicating senior debt; advising clients on capital structures and financing strategies; and evaluating opportunities for CIBC's merchant banking affiliates.

Marty has worked with companies involved in cable television, publishing, television broadcasting, radio, motion picture exhibition, outdoor advertising, security monitoring and wireless data, as well as mobile, local and long distance telephony. He also has extensive relationships with private equity firms and other providers of senior, mezzanine and junior capital.

Prior to CIBC, Marty worked for Bank of New England, National Westminster Bank USA, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Marty graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Michigan, where he earned a B.A. in American Culture and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to DH Capital, Dean was a Partner at Rampart Associates, one of the most active Internet focused investment banks, serving ISPs, Web Hosters, CLECs and the broader IP communications marketplace. At Rampart, Dean participated in over 50 transactions and also served as Research Director for the I$P Report The Financial Newsletter for Internet Service Providers, providing research and analysis for M&A and capital markets activity.

Previous to Rampart, Dean held positions at Lucent Technologies and Smith Barney. Dean holds a BA in History from the University of Colorado-Boulder, an MBA in Finance and an MS in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Paul Stapleton, located in DH Capital’s Boulder, Colorado office, has over 20 years experience financing and operating Internet-driven media and communications businesses. Prior to joining DH Capital, Paul was the Managing Partner of Niwot Capital, LLC and a co-founder of Rampart Associates, LLC where he was involved in over 80 middle market transactions including three major industry consolidations. He was also Editor of I$P HO$TING Report, a monthly financial analysis of the industry. Paul also served on the Board of Directors of Arizona Internet, LLC, a holding company for Internet-related ventures.

Paul’s early career included positions in New York at money center banks as well as at the Prodigy Services Company when it was the world’s largest online service. He received an MBA from Columbia University, a BSFS from the Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service and an IBD from Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business. Paul also serves as Treasurer of St. Johns Episcopal Church in Boulder, Colorado.

Mark has over 16 years of investment and commercial banking experience, exclusively serving the communications industry. Prior to DH Capital, Mark was a SVP at Waller Capital. During his tenure at Waller Capital, he was responsible for Waller's successful advancement into the Wireless, RLEC, and CLEC sectors as well as complementing the Cable TV practice.

As a banker, Mark structured and arranged billions of dollars in financing for established and emerging communications companies. From 1995 to 1999, Mark served as a VP/Team Leader in the Media & Communications Group of Credit Lyonnais, one of the most active European banks in the US. From 1988 to 1994, Mark served as VP in PNC Bank's Communications Finance Division, which was instrumental in developing the commercial loan market for wireless carriers, as well as being one of the largest Cable TV financiers. Mark holds a B.S. in Finance from Susquehanna University.
