The partnership with EQT will fuel the next stage of the company’s growth, including global expansion and leadership in the rapidly changing hybrid cloud managed services market.

EQT is a leading alternative investments firm with approximately $43 billion in raised capital across 24 funds. EQT funds have portfolio companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia with total annual sales of more than $22 billion and approximately 110,000 employees. With a focus on sustained growth and long-term value creation, EQT portfolio companies have, on average, increased their number of employees by 9%, revenue by 10% and earnings by 11% annually during EQT’s ownership.
