DH CAPITAL, LLC ADVISES HARRON COMMUNICATIONS, LP ON $50 MILLION EQUITY INVESTMENT

NEW YORK, NY - October 5, 2005-- DH Capital, LLC, a New York City based investment bank, announced today that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Harron Communications, LP in securing a $50 million equity investment from Boston Ventures as part of an overall recapitalization of the Company in partnership with the Harron family and management. Harron Communications owns multiple cable systems which operate under the name MetroCast and serve approximately 110,000 cable television customers located in New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
