DH CAPITAL TO SPONSOR LUNCHEON AT HOSTINGCON 2005

NEW YORK, NY - June 1, 2005 - DH Capital, LLC, an investment banking partnership, is pleased to announce it will be sponsoring the Opening Day Conference Luncheon at HostingCon 2005, the premier conference for hosting professionals, at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare from 12:15pm-1:15pm on Monday June 6th in Chicago (http://www.hostingcon.com/attend/events.php).

Peter Hopper, President and Co-Founder of DH Capital, will be speaking at the luncheon on Monday. His topic will be "Understanding the Value of Your Web Hosting Company". Peter will discuss a range of topics to assist operators of Web hosting companies to understand the value of their business, including: an overview of M&A activity and trends in the hosting industry, the factors driving the value in a business and timing your sale to maximize value. Peter will also address the sales process and how owners can prepare to sell their companies.
