Drew joined DH Capital in February of 2019. In 4+ years at DH, Drew has advised on and completed 19 transactions with an aggregate value of ~$8.5B. Deals have ranged from high profile strategic sales to equity capital raises across the US, Canada, UK, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Ireland. Prior to joining DH, Drew spent two years in the Financial Services Assurance practice at PwC where he served clients in the alternative investments industry. Drew received a BS in Business Management from Stony Brook University and a MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.

- Represented Consolidated Smart Systems (now dba as Smartaira) in its majority recapitalization by SDC Capital Partners (2021)
- Represented Data Foundry in its sale to Switch (NYSE: SWCH) (2021)
- Represented Sungard Availability Services in the sale-leaseback of five facilities to Landmark Dividend (2021)
- Represented TierPoint in its Preferred Equity placement (2020)
- Represented Compass Datacenters in its minority recapitalization by Azrieli Group (2019)
