Peter is the Co-Founder and CEO of DH Capital, LLC. Peter has led a number of significant transactions for DH Capital, including the $140 million sale of Hosted Solutions to ABRY Partners and the $75.5 million equity/debt financing for DataPipe by Goldman Sachs and Atalaya Capital. Prior to founding DH Capital, Peter was the CEO of DURO Communications, a leading ISP in the southeastern United States. Prior to DURO, Peter was the Vice President of Business Development for Helicon Cable, a top 20, privately owned, cable MSO.
Peter is deeply involved in the managed hosting and data center industries and is a frequent speaker at industry events, such as the Tier1 Hosting Summit and HostingCon. Peter holds a BS degree in Finance from Lehigh University.
